Mango Panna Cotta

Absolute delight mango pannacotta desserts. Simple and quick dessert with cream. Wow! Sounds really cool right! Mango pannacotta it's an Italian dessert made with cooked heavy cream. It's a perfect dessert for parties, special occasions and more.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup - Heavy cream
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 2/3 cup - sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp gelatin
  • 2 tsp water

Mango sauce

  • 3/4 cup mango pieces
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 drop lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Pour milk and cream into a saucepan, add sugar and vanilla essence mix it well.

  • On low heat, stir until the sugar has dissolved and the cream is hot. Do not boil. Switch off the flame and set it aside.

  • Soak the gelatin in the water and double boil until it's melted.

  • Mix the gelatin with the cream mixture.

  • Pour the mixture into dessert glasses (leave space for mango sauce) and refrigerate until the panna cotta has set (at least 2 hours).

  • Cut the mango into small pieces and grind them to make it puree.

  • Transfer to a saucepan and add sugar and lemon juice and bring to a simmer. Let it cool completely.

  • Pour the mango purée over the panna cotta. Top with diced mango for garnishing.
